Hydraulic crimpers are hydraulic tools utilized in electrical engineering for the crimping of cables and terminals; they can be categorized into various types, including split-unit, integrated, manual, and electric models. The tool's structure comprises an oil reservoir, a power mechanism, a directional control valve, a pressure relief valve, and an oil pumping assembly. The pumping assembly-which consists of an eccentric shaft, eccentric bearings, gears, and high-pressure/low-pressure oil pumps-employs a vertical connection design to maximize space efficiency.

 

This tool utilizes an eccentric bearing drive mechanism, characterized by its simple structure and low maintenance requirements. It features an automatic pressure-release function and a rotatable head design, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of operating environments. The electric hydraulic crimper is powered by an 18V rechargeable battery and is equipped with a digital display that provides real-time monitoring of battery level, crimp count, and temperature; additionally, it incorporates an over-pressure protection device and a low-battery warning system. During operation, it is essential to ensure that the hydraulic system pressure remains no lower than 4.8 MPa and to utilize the tool in conjunction with a nitrogen accumulator.
