Mechanical Grapple

Our HOPE mechanical grapple is built to add real versatility to your excavator. It handles a wide range of materials on site, from scrap metal and recycled items to logs and construction debris, making it suitable for demolition, waste sorting, and general material handling work.

This is a fully mechanical design, so you won't need to install extra hydraulic lines or components. It connects simply to your machine's existing bucket linkage, which makes installation fast and ongoing maintenance much easier. The whole structure is made to stand up to daily heavy use in scrap yards, recycling facilities, and construction environments.

The grapple uses a reinforced linkage to hold bulky and irregular loads securely. Hardened contact points help reduce slipping during lifting and loading, which helps improve efficiency during daily operations. We use solid, wear-resistant materials throughout the body to keep the unit reliable over time.

Operation is smooth and consistent, even during long shifts. The jaws open and close in a controlled way, helping keep work cycles steady and predictable for the operator.

We offer three standard sizes to fit most common excavators, and we can also provide custom setups for larger machines if needed.
