Maintenance and care for a vibratory compactor involve the regular servicing of the eccentric weight assembly to prevent the ingress of foreign objects-which could lead to damage or scoring-thereby preventing wear on the cylinder block and piston. During operation, dedicated, compatible hydraulic lines must be utilized, and the lines and their fittings must be kept clean whenever they are disconnected. The gear oil requires timely replacement during the period of use.
Prior to installation, the hydraulic fluid must be filtered, the oil tank cleaned, and the hydraulic fluid within the excavator replaced. Furthermore, the excavator's hydraulic fluid should be replaced at regular intervals-in accordance with its prescribed service life-to prevent scoring damage to the motor. Additionally, the tightness of all bolts must be inspected after the initial hour of operation, with subsequent inspections repeated every 10 hours thereafter.
As a versatile excavator attachment-promoted by manufacturers such as XCMG-the vibratory compactor is primarily utilized for compacting loose soil conditions, such as road surfaces. Driven by the excavator's hydraulic system, it is characterized by its simple structure, convenient operation, and ease of maintenance.
