New Excavator Stone Grapple Unlocks New Stone Handling Paradigm

In engineering scenarios such as landscape renovation, river slope protection construction, mine raw stone transportation and building demolition, the grabbing and shifting of irregular stones and large boulders have long been plagued by unstable grabbing, easy material slipping, low operation accuracy and high labor auxiliary costs. Different from ordinary digging buckets and general grabs, this new stone grapple is specially developed for heavy and irregular materials. It is integrally forged with thickened high-strength wear-resistant steel plates and equipped with serrated gripping teeth. The gripping teeth deliver strong friction and excellent load-bearing capacity, which can firmly clamp stones, rough rocks, concrete blocks and waste steel structures of different sizes and irregular shapes, completely eliminating potential safety hazards such as material slipping and falling during operation. Fitted with an original hydraulic rotating power system, it supports 360° dead-angle-free free rotation. Operators can remotely and accurately adjust the grabbing angle and placement position without adjusting the excavator posture, realizing precise stacking, shifting and sorting, and greatly improving construction flexibility in complex sites.
